Do I need to know what kind of rubber I need?

Not at all. That's the part we handle. You describe what the part has to do and where it's used, and we choose the right material and prove it works.

Can you make just a few parts, or only big quantities?

Both. Many projects start with a small prototype run so you can test the part, then scale up to production only when you're ready.

Can you copy or match a part I already have?

Yes. Send us the part, even an old or worn one, and our lab can figure out what it's made of so we can match or improve it.

Where are your parts made?

Everything we manufacture is made at our own facility in Corry, Pennsylvania. We carry one catalog item we source from overseas and resell, and we will tell you if that is the part you are asking about.

My current parts come from overseas. Can you help me switch?

Definitely, that's a big part of what we do. We can even bring over existing tooling. See our Reshoring section for the details.

A part keeps failing. Can you help figure out why?

Yes. Our lab does failure analysis, we examine the failed part, determine why it failed, and recommend a fix.

How do I get a price?

Just reach out. Tell us what you need and we'll put together a clear quote. You can start with a simple message or a detailed request, whichever you prefer.

What do you need from me to get started?

Just a description of what you need. A drawing, a photo, or a sample part helps, but none of those are required to begin.
