Corry Rubber staff have participated in training on the Deming philosophy to quality manufacturing, and CRC has adopted SPC and SQC as standard operating procedures in the company’s manufacturing processes. During 2004, the company achieved TS-16949 certification in addition to retaining their ISO certification. CRC’s Quality System meets and in most cases exceeds the requirements set forth in ANSI/ASQC Q9001 (replaces Mil-I-45208A).
CRC utilizes statistical process control and Failure Mode and Effect Analysis in its production processes. CRC can provide customers with SPC data on raw material qualification testing as well as process parameters. The company utilizes materials that meet or exceed Government specifications and provide certifications where required.
