Finishing & Shipping Services Product Finishing As an integral part of CRC’s overall production capabilities, various product finishing operations are provided. Utilizing both roller die equipment and liquid nitrogen tumblers, CRC removes excess flashing from products where necessary to ready them for shipping.
To insure that all finished products are of the highest quality, CRC’s advanced quality planning team, made up of management, engineering, quality assurance and production personnel meet regularly. Utilizing various statistical methods, this team’s ultimate goal is to place emphasis on designing quality into parts and processes to minimize defects and maximize quality rather than inspecting defects out of production. Product Packaging Utilizing predetermined quality assurance procedures, all finished products receive a final inspection before being readied for shipping. CRC places a great deal of importance on packaging and shipping procedures to insure that its customers receive the correct shipments on time, minimizing customers’ problems with their own production schedules. Timely Delivery To assure that quality parts are delivered on time, CRC utilizes commercial carriers, airfreight and company trucks. |
