Terms & Conditions
- $250 minimum order
- Prices will be those in effect at the time of shipment.
- Payment terms are NET 30 days.
- Corry Rubber Corporation reserves the right to reject any or all orders.
Freight Policy
- Product is shipped F.O.B. Corry, PA. Shipments will be made freight ‘Collect’ unless prior arrangements have been made. Portions of split shipments, made necessary for any reason, will be made freight ‘Collect”
- All U.P.S. shipments are subject to a $5.00 small order handling charge which will be added to your invoice unless prior arrangements have been made.
Returned Goods
- Although rare and highly unlikely, if it becomes necessary to return product to Corry Rubber Corporation, for any reason, a Return Material Authorization (RMA)is required.
- An RMA can be obtained from customer service, only. All returns are required to be shipped freight "Prepaid" at the shipper's expense. No freight "collect" shipments will be accepted.
- All requests for product return must be made within 30 days of invoice.
Guarantee
- Every product manufactured by Corry Rubber Corporation is made under the auspices of our QS 9000 and ISO 9002 compliant quality system. Every product is guaranteed to be free from defects in workmanship and material. If our examination shows that a product has failed under the terms of this agreement, we will either repair or replace it. The cost of service, transportation, and sales taxes if applicable will be borne by the owner making claim. No representative has authority to make any representation, promise, or agreement except as stated herein.
